Goofs
- Zack shoots several photos at the old crime scene. In some he holds the camera horizontally, others vertically. After each shot we are shown the viewfinder perspective, and the image is always for a camera held horizontally. This is clear from the split-image focus element; the center line is parallel to the base of the camera, and would be vertical when the camera is held vertically.
- Agent Booth states that David Ross will be charged with statutory rape for having sex with April Wright, a 17 year old intern. Age of consent in Washington D.C. (and 30 of the 50 states) is 16, making her of legal age. There are only 12 states where age of consent is 18.
- (at around 53 mins) you can see the boom mic operator's shadow in the glass of the picture hanging on the wall at the Judge's house.
A
condemned man's lawyer makes a last minute appeal to Bones and Booth to
re-examine his case. After looking over the evidence, they determine
that the man may not be guilty.
